We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product you received is incorrect or arrives damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in the same condition that you received it
  • in its original packaging

We always do our best to ensure your order is carefully packaged and securely wrapped to help prevent damage during transit 💕

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • your item arrives damaged
  • your item is defective
  • you receive the wrong item

This allows us to evaluate the issue quickly and make things right for you as soon as possible ✨

 

🧴 Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • personalised or custom-made products
  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • personal care and beauty products
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

However, if a mistake has been made on our side, we’ll always do our best to make it right and offer a replacement where possible 💕

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you’d like is to request a return for the original item first. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item ✨

💳 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or not ✨

If approved, your refund will be automatically sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
